Tomorrow it will be ONE month already since Taylor & Nathan's wedding!
I can still remember taking Taylor and Nathan's engagement photos (nearly two years ago) in the beautiful Colorado Mountains when I learned they were actually going to get married in IRELAND! I'm pretty sure I made a comment that went something like this "BRING ME WITH YOU!"
At the time, they were planning on using a photographer in Ireland.
I was bummed I wouldn't be able to capture their wedding day...or so I thought. :) A few weeks later they asked me if I would do the honor of photographing their wedding. Um.. yes please!!
Fast forward to September 9, 2019 and Taylor & Nathan tie the knot in Dublin, Ireland at the gorgeous Luttrellstown Castle surrounded by all their favorite people! (Our very own President, Ronald Reagan has stayed in this castle! And David & Victoria Beckham wed here in 1999)! If I could rewind, I'd have my own wedding here.... WOW. This drone photo was taken by my super helpful husband and travel partner :)
Everything about Taylor & Nathan's wedding day was perfect. The details were so beautiful! I loved Taylor's choice of sparkly flats, the pop of different shades of pink for the bridesmaids dresses and the succulents in the bouquets!
Taylor was so relaxed and happy all day long! She was just a joy to be around!
The bridesmaids basically walked out of a magazine....
This might be one of my favorite images EVER. Taylor and her mother, sharing a moment before the first look.
Taylor's nephew Kiyahn was the ring bearer (SO adorable)!
……...and he loves his auntie so!
Let's not forget about the gents' - I loved their choice of super hero socks and blue suits. They got ready in the Castle's library (the rich tones went so well with all the blues). We may or may not have been watching YouTube for some help with tying the ties...…!
Another one of my favorite images.... The guys NAILED this shot! It shows off the character of the castle as well as their fun socks.
The Luttrellstown castle had the most beautiful red carpeted stair case. Perfect for a classy and elegant bride like Taylor.
First look MAGIC. The sun waited to grace us with its presence until Taylor and Nathan had their first look.
There was not a bad spot to take a photo at this venue!
Wedding time! Taylor and Nathan were married in an intimate ceremony by a Gaelic Monk intertwined with instrumental music by a string quartet. The Monk effortlessly used symbols and bits of Irish legends to create a beautiful ceremony. I love how the Monk explained masculine and feminine energy forces coming together.
Small, intimate weddings are my JAM! This group was the best of all groups. They were all so joyful and happy to be there to celebrate Taylor and Nathan.
These are my people... they were all about the photo-ops!!
I will FOREVER be grateful for Taylor & Nathan for choosing little ol' me to join them in Ireland to capture their magical fairy tale wedding <3
Cheers,
~Angie
